All orders placed before 1pm on a working day will normally be dispatched that day. Orders placed after 1pm may still be dispatched the same day but more than likely it will be the next working day. However depending on various factors such as location and the transport company, some deliveries do take longer than others. As soon as you complete the checkout process we will send you an email confirming your order. The majority of orders delivered to UK addresses are dispatched via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery, Royal Mail Special Delivery or Parcelforce and, in most cases, you can expect to receive your items within 24-72 hours. Our guarantee however is that you will receive your order within 3 working days after it is placed. For your security, all deliveries will require a signature. If you are not available to sign for the delivery it will be taken to your local Royal Mail sorting office for collection and a card left at the delivery address. For unusually heavy items, delivery may take an extra day or so, so please contact us by email if you have an urgent order in such cases. The ordering process includes you giving us your email details, so if there is any delay expected, we can inform you straight away.

We believe that you will be 100% satisfied with your product, but occasionally you may wish to return an item. Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 you are entitled to a seven-day cooling-off period during which you can cancel your order. The seven-day period refers to working days (Monday - Friday) and starts the day after you receive your order. If you wish to cancel you must notify us by email (cs@rmxdirect.co.uk) within the seven-day period. The product must be in its original condition, completely unused (unopened) and suitable for resale as new. You will be responsible for the item or items until they reach us, and must pay for the return transport. We suggest you use a secure delivery method (which requires a signature upon delivery). Outside the statutory cooling-off seven-day period you may still return products to us up to a period of one calendar month after delivery. Again the product must be in its original condition, completely unused (unopened) and suitable for resale as new.

All non-faulty items returned to RMXdirect outside the seven-day cooling-off period (and extended month) or items that have been opened, are subject to a restocking fee of 15% of the product purchase price. This fee is calculated from the total value of your original order (or part-order) excluding shipping costs and will be deducted from your refund. Refunds are made within a week of the goods having been returned to us along with the original receipt. Please contact us by email (cs@rmxdirect.co.uk) before returning any goods, so we can give you a specific returns number.

In the case of faulty goods we guarantee all items for a period of 2 months from the purchase date - goods also include a manufacturers warranty for 2 years. Our warranty covers all manufacturing defects but does not cover faults arising from poor/improper use. Goods found to be faulty can be exchanged for the same product and or can be refunded. As for normal returns, you must contact us by email (cs@rmxdirect.co.uk) before returning any goods so we can give you a specific returns number.
