Orders placed after 1pm may still be dispatched the same day but more than likely it will be the next working day. However depending on various factors such as location and the transport company, some deliveries do take longer than others. Any prices shown on the web site in currencies other that GB Pounds are for guidance only.
The majority of orders delivered to UK addresses are dispatched via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery, Royal Mail Special Delivery or Parcelforce and, in most cases, you can expect to receive your items within 24-48 hours. Our guarantee however is that you will receive your order within 3 working days after it is placed. For your security, all deliveries will require a signature. For unusually heavy items, delivery may take an extra day or so, so please contact us by email if you have an urgent order in such cases. The ordering process includes you giving us your email details, so if there is any delay expected, we can inform you straight away.
At RMXdirect the customer always comes first, and this means 100% security for your online transactions by using encrypted secure servers. We have not had a single case of online credit card fraud reported to us and this will continue to be the case.
Detailed Terms and Conditions
Ordering
When you have placed your order on-line, we immediately send you an automatic email confirmation/receipt for your order. Goods are subject to availability, and whether an item is in stock is clearly displayed on our website. If you order an item that is clearly shown on the website to be temporarily out of stock, we will send it to you as soon as new stock arrives. If you decide to cancel your order before we get more stock just email us and we will cancel the order, and you will not be charged. In the extremely unlikely event that we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. A full refund will be given where you have already paid for the goods. Very occasionally we offer goods on a pre order basis, whereby we do not actually have the item in stock, but will ship the item to you when it arrives in stock. If this is the case it will be clearly shown on the web site next to the product. In such cases delivery times are subject to delivery from our supplier, and so we cannot be held responsible for any later than expected delivery. In such cases, you can cancel you order any time you like.
Prices
While trying to ensure that all prices on the RMXdirect website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you immediately and give you the option of canceling your order or reconfirming it at the correct price. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as canceled. If the order is canceled and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund You will be notified of any delivery charges before you give your credit card details. For international orders (outside the UK), all import duties and taxes for the goods entering your country are your responsibility to pay, so please find out the applicable rates of your country before ordering.

Delivery
For UK orders, you should normally receive goods within 1-2 working days. We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated time however delays are occasionally inevitable and we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery. If the rare circumstance arises whereby we are unable to deliver within our usual delivery time (1-2 working days) and cannot agree another time with you, you will be offered the opportunity to cancel your order and get a full refund.
Returns
We believe that you will be 100% satisfied with your product, but occasionally you may wish to return an item. Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 you are entitled to a seven-day cooling-off period during which you can cancel your order. The seven-day period refers to working days (Monday - Friday) and starts the day after you receive your order. If you wish to cancel you must notify us by email within the seven-day period. The product must be in its original condition, completely unused (unopened) and suitable for resale as new. You will be responsible for the item or items until they reach us, and must pay for the return transport. We suggest you use a secure delivery method (which requires a signature upon delivery). Outside the cooling-off seven-day period you may still return products to us up to a period of one calendar month after delivery. Again the product must be in its original condition, completely unused (unopened) and suitable for resale as new. All non-faulty items returned to RMXdirect outside the seven-day cooling-off period or items that have been opened are subject to a restocking fee of 15% of the product purchase price. This fee is calculated from the total value of your original order (or part-order) excluding shipping costs and will be deducted from your refund. Refunds are made within a week of the goods having been returned to us along with the original receipt. Please contact us by email before returning any goods, so we can give you a specific returns number.
In the case of faulty goods we guarantee all items for a period of 2 months from the purchase date - goods also include a manufacturers warranty for 2 years. Our warranty covers all manufacturing defects but does not cover faults arising from poor/improper use. Goods found to be faulty can be exchanged for the same product or can be refunded. As for normal returns, you must contact us by email before returning any goods so we can give you a specific returns number.
Liability
We will take all reasonable precautions to keep the details of your order and payment secure but, unless we are negligent, we cannot be held liable for any losses caused as a result of unauthorised access to information provided by you. Due to the nature of the Internet, the shopping online service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We are not responsible to you if we are unable to provide our Internet services for any reason beyond our control, for example, flood, drought, fire...

When you make an order we note your name, email address, postal address, and phone number. We may use this information to tell you about our new products and competitions by sending you 1 email every 3 weeks. If you do not want to receive any such information, simply send an email to cs@rmxdirect.co.uk, and you will be sent no further emails. We will never give your personal information to any other company.
Questions about your order
As we have such fast reliable delivery, it is very unlikely that there will be a problem with your order. If you do have any queries about the delivery or the items when you get them, simply email our customer service department. We guarantee to respond to all emails within one working day (you will usually get a reply in less).
Other
The laws of England and Wales shall govern the contract between us, and any dispute between us will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales.
Sometimes the product specifications from manufacturers can change; in which case we will do our best to offer you a similar alternative. Where "substitute" goods are sent and you are not happy with them and cancel the order, you will not be made to pay the cost of returning the goods.
All sizes and measurements are approximate but we do try to make sure that they are as accurate as possible. While we try to make sure that all information we provide within our website is accurate, errors and misprints do occur, and we cannot be held responsible for them. Our products are selected on the basis that they will be used for domestic use only, if you are planning to use them for business purposes please make sure that you are covered by appropriate insurance.
