Returning Products
Our warehousing facility is in Manchester and this is the only place returns can be sent to. To ensure returns are dealt with efficiently it is necessary to first contact us via email (cs@rmxdirect.co.uk). We will then send you by email a Returns Form that includes all the details you will require to get the product back to us. When contacting us please state the reason for the return and whether or not the product has been opened.
